Pleasure Without Sex.

For many couples, great sex without intercourse means experimenting, which can feel strange. But novelty is key to sexual zing. Doing things differently stimulates the brain to release dopamine, and dopamine heightens erotic intensity. In other words, if you adopt some new non-intercourse moves, lovemaking without intercourse can feel more pleasurable than ever.

Here are some tips to not having an intercourse but feeling the pleasure of lovemaking.

1. SAY “I’M NOT GOING TO HAVE SEX WITH YOU.” OUT LOUD.

Say this when you’re making out and things are just starting to heat up. Grab their face, look them right in the eye and tell them that you’re not going to have sex with them. Then don’t slow down at all.
What’s implied here is that “everything else” is on the table. Like some wondrous Dionysian buffet.

2. USE YOUR HANDS

It’s amazing what you can do when you commit to just using your hands. Because hand and finger work are generally considered foreplay, we don’t often explore the vast range of what our hands alone can do. Namely, we can get a lot more specific about placement, pressure and speed than we can with intercourse or oral.
It makes sense, right? We wouldn’t use our junk to open a tricky lock or use our mouths to play Jenga. When a task requires subtlety, grace and attention, we use our hands.

3. A TOUCH OF FANTASY

You don’t necessarily even have to dress up as anything  (I mean, I’m not going to stop you…), but a little hint of fantasy can imbue non-penetrative sex with all the intensity of “going all the way.”
For example, try planning a “professional” massage complete with oils, hot towels, new age music, etc. You can even make the guy or girl wait in the living room with a magazine until the bedroom is ready. Once you’ve sufficiently oiled them up, worked out all the kinks and ushered your partner into a state of deep relaxation — surprise them with a “happy ending” (yes, this works on women, too). The fact that they’re already super-stimulated combined with just a taste of the taboo is likely to send them right over the edge.

4. GOING DOWN

The first step to giving good head is to get over the idea that you’re doing somebody a favor. If you don’t really want to do it, it’s going be a bummer for everybody. The second hump to get over, as with using your hands, is the idea that oral is something you do just to get your partner ready for intercourse.
Once you get down with oral sex for its own sake, it can be as emotional and intense for both parties as “actual” sex.

5. DO IT IN PUBLIC

It’s way easier to pull off non-penetrative sex in public than it is to secretly have full-on intercourse. In a car, a movie theater, under a thoroughly clothed table — you’re not likely to get caught if you can keep the noise to a minimum. Let’s face it. You’ve had some forgettable intercourse in your life, but you’ll always remember that time you received oral on a Ferris wheel.

6. THE ELEMENT OF SURPRISE

Sex that’s unexpected, but welcome, is always hot sex, whether intercourse is involved or not. Go down on her while she’s watching “House.” Put your hand down his pants while he’s making coffee in the morning. You’ll probably find that these surprise encounters will make your average end-of-the-night, in-a-bed sex that much hotter, too.

This Muse.

If I come on I become an inspiration, I become a muse and a poet, a ballad and an elegy, a song and a story, I become ghost and flesh, shadow and stones. This became the first thought, the first appearance when he came closer to his love, the woman he had seen seven years before now. This warmth moved in their veins, the cold air covered their skin, it began; what she said she will never do, she did. Then the light tripped off, was it the moment or even the electricity could feel the vibration they caused?

What happens when irrevocably hard meets with uncompromisingly wet? There is an irresistible motion with an unexpected silence killed with a racing heart and divine music. What happens when friction subdued is obeisance by wiles of an overarching and overwhelming lubrication, and the heat, that heat, that warm throb that hammers its way into frenzy; the heat, the tightness that grips like the incisors of the lioness when she grips her prey.

A deeper connection, another feeling from another world, a desired oneness and loss of oneself, a feeling of being owned and not being alone, a feeling of I have to stop thinking of any other thing asides what I’m doing. Any other thing would be a distraction, I should just focus. A high pitched volume is the answer. After a while; he spoke “you complete me”. On her part she saw things differently “I’m not complete” she replied.

There wasn’t anything else he could say that won’t ruin the moment but he spoke anyway, “then I would be your completion, your summary and conclusion”. She asked the question that brought the confusion “how do I complete the comprehension?” he went on and said, “that part of the wave that beats the shore with froths of white, and recedes into itself taking with it pieces of the shore and always returning forever.” She was still curious “but does the wave make the sea? Or does the sea make the wave?” he wanted to continue; there is no doubt he knew he loved this woman but this moment was precious “is the glass half empty or half full? Is the bottle half empty or half full?” as crucial as this question seemed, she had an answer “it’s half empty”. This made him sit “the difference lies where you see it, half empty or half full the bottle remains incomplete” “what’s the difference? You or me?” she asked. “We” he replied. She turned her back against him and asked “what exactly is the we? You on top or me on top?” he really had an answer for everything, “we are a sum total of differences that exists between us” she wasn’t clear “can we bring out similarities?” immediately he turned and leaned on her, whispering in her ears what he felt she needed to hear “top or bottom is only perspective, similarities confound eventually I prefer differences, let’s bring out differences because when our differences are alike, they become similarities, in the end similarities confound the mind”.

She wasn’t thoughtless, her mind was filled with questions; “is love processed in the mind or does character process love?” he didn’t want to be away for too long, he felt pain, he answered without a longer hesitation “true love is processed by character” she turned to him, “character can be painted, true love exists but it’s rare.” “Character can’t be painted, character is like smoke, it cannot be hidden, and it will always rise through.” She asked this time placing her head on his warm chest “will the painting faint?”  He gave her something to fill her up, he gave her the thought she needed to help her stop pondering over should I submit or should I not? “Character is like a rock formation, formed from thousands of years of weathering, stands obvious to the world. Painting will faint but character is inscribed and engraved when people gaze at the rock they don’t see the work of time on it, just hats before their eyes. And that is character” she made her decision and left him with a shallow blow “then I’d love” he held her tight, gave her a kiss and restored the moment “then I’d lead in love”.

Giving A BlowJob The Right Way.

Learning how to give head to a guy is often misunderstood. Fortunately, it's very straightforward and easy to give your man awesome oral sex if you do just a few things right. Today I'm going to give you four blowjob tips to get you started on giving your man great head.

1. Think About The Tip.

The top part of your man's penis is the most sensitive part by far, and more sensitive = more pleasure. Scientifically, this is known as the glans or head. It's the purple part that looks distinctively different to the rest of it.

When you're first learning how to perform oral sex on a guy, you need to concentrate on this area more than any other. The great thing about focusing mostly on giving oral to the head of your man's penis is that you don't have to worry about taking it deep into your mouth or throat, so you don't have to worry too much about coughing, choking or gagging.

Start by gently and softly kissing the head of his penis with moist lips before taking it into your mouth. Then it's as simple as making a circular motion with your tongue. This is just one awesome way to start giving your man head.

2. Go From The Bottom To The Top.

Once you're comfortable using your tongue, it's time to try something a little more advanced. You're going to be gently massaging his member with your tongue.

Start right at the base of it. You can use your lips to lightly squeeze it, but also make sure to kiss and lick it, too. If you like, you can also go a bit lower to his testicles. Here, you can even take one or both of them into your mouth, and use your lips and tongue to massage and caress them.

Next, very slowly trace your tongue along the underside from the base, all the way up the corpus spongiosum (this is the soft ridge that runs the length of the underside of his penis). Once you reach the top, it's time to take it into your mouth and start giving it some slippery oral action.

3. Use Your Fingers.

When you're trying to figure out how to give good head, you may be wondering what techniques you should use with your mouth or tongue. Many people get so caught up with the blowjob part of giving head that they sometimes forget about using their hands. Don't worry! Using your hands while giving head to your guy is something that he'll adore.

Use one hand to lightly grab his penis and start massaging it, all while keeping the head of it in your mouth. With your other hand, gently cup his testicles and lightly squeeze them, running your fingers around them. Doing all three things at once isn't the easiest thing to do, but once you get the hang of it, you will be an oral sex goddess.

4. Use A Little Suction.

Using the first three techniques will make you far, far better at giving head, but there's no need to rest on your laurels just yet. Another really nice technique to use while giving head to your man is to use a little suction.

Contrary to popular belief, this isn't to suck anything out of him; instead, the purpose of sucking him is to apply more skin-on-skin contact which will give it more stimulation, meaning more pleasure for him.

All you need to do is take him a little further into your mouth (two to five inches deep), then wrap your lips around it so no air can get in or out. Next, start gently sucking so your lips and cheeks close in around his shaft and head. Now, slowly move your head up and down while trying to maintain this gentle suction.

Don't forget to breath while giving your man a blow job. When you're learning these techniques, you may feel like you have to maintain the same level of suction on your man's penis for 10 or 20 minutes. You don't! Just do it for 10 to 20 seconds at a time, and then take a rest or use a different technique.

Ways For Woman To Orgasm while Spotting The Gspot.

Most women experience frustration from their inability to feel sensation or sexual pleasure from vaginal-penile intercourse. It is common for women to feel closeness, and fullness, but rarely do they get to that point that is described as heaven on earth, Orgasm.

Before we get hot and heavy, remember — a little lesson in anatomy can lead to huge results. A woman's sexual pleasure, and ultimately orgasm, is much more likely to occur from stimulation to the clitoris. The clitoris is highly sensitive and full of nerve endings. In fact, there are as many nerve endings in the tip of the clitoris as there are in a man's penis! Many of the clitoral nerve endings are subterranean, or below the surface; the visible part of the clitoris is just the tip of the iceberg. However, even “in hiding,” those 6,000 to 8,000 sensory nerve endings can be a mega source of incredible pleasure for many women.

In contrast, the vaginal walls contain relatively few nerve endings. Only the lower third of the vagina has enough nerve endings to feel stimulation from a penis, finger, sex toy, or other penetrative object. This can make intense sexual stimulation, pleasure, and orgasm from vaginal-only penetration unlikely. In reality, the clitoris is perfectly placed. You might consider the clitoris to be "inaccessible" because in-and-out intercourse does not touch your button of joy. The challenge is for you and your partner to find and cultivate its potential.

Touching or pressing the clitoris, directly or indirectly, during intercourse will increase a woman's potential to orgasm. Otherwise, it's like trying to get somewhere in an elevator without pressing the button. Here are a few tips to help you and your partner reaching your moment of joy,Orgasm, during sex.

Ask your partner to touch, rub, caress, and/or press your clitoris with his fingers, whether before, during, or after sex.
You can guide him by placing your fingers over his fingers or hand, and pressing the spots you like in the motion and frequency that makes you go wild. You can try using your own fingers during sex, too!

Explore with foreplay.
Sometimes you may feel ready for intercourse immediately, while other times you may want your partner to first touch, rub, kiss, or lick your vulva and clitoris, using his hands, mouth, or penis. Oral sex can be highly pleasurable to many women because of its direct focus on the clitoris. Women describe intense orgasms through oral sex.

Add a few drops of lube to reduce friction and give a more sensual feel. Remember, it’s better when it’s wetter!

Try a variety of sex positionswhere your clitoris might be further stimulated.
For example, the woman-on-top position has more potential for clitoral stimulation than the missionary position. On top, you can have more control over the amount of stimulation, rhythm, and pacing. You can move your hips to reach his pubic bone, or he can change the angle of his hips. He can also enter you from behind and reach around to caress your clitoris. If you like deep penetration and pressure on your cervix, then choose positions that make this more possible.  Get creative! Certain sex positions may feel more exciting to you than others, and this may differ each time you have sex.

Incorporate sex toys into your sex play.

Some women enjoy using a vibrator, either alone or with a partner, to stimulate their clitoris during sex.

Remember, if you are generally satisfied with your sexual activity, there is no need to be dismayed by your lack of vaginal sensation or feel pressured to feel pleasure or orgasm during intercourse. Instead, if you wish, you can view and use sex play as an opportunity for you and your partner to experiment with and learn from your bodies. Either way, it is important to verbally let your partner know what turns you on the most. And remember, it may take time to learn exactly what that is.

The key is to have the confidence that your body is perfect, the courage to explore your individual responses on your own, the trust to share this information with a caring partner, and the humor to laugh as you learn together. You never know what the results could be!

Tips To Give Her The Pleasure She Deserves...

Every man ultimately worries about several things: am I doing it right, can I succeed, is she feeling it, can I satisfy her? The last question is a major concern for some men, either consciously or subconsciously. Men feel pressure to know how to please a woman sexually and follow through with it. At the same time, a lot of men are confident in their prowess in providing sexual pleasure to their partners.

Tips To Give Her Sexual Pleasure
1
Take time during foreplay

Men often make the mistake of rushing foreplay: sensual touching and exploring. Just because you are aroused does not mean that she is. Take time and enjoy her presence in foreplay. This lengthens the sexual pleasure and plays a pivotal role in how to please a woman sexually.

2
Hygiene matters

Hygiene matters more than you may think, so be clean, showered, and clean shaven. You may have six-pack abs and be as ripped as the Rock, but if you do not practice good hygiene, it can put a damper on the sex pleasure - it may ruin her mood for sex.

3
Experiment all the time

Experiment with the different positions. There are literally hundreds of different positions for sexual pleasure. Talk with your partner and see what they are open for trying, and try it. That differentiation will keep sex from becoming stale, keeping the sex life fresh and alive.

4
Trigger zones and fantasies

Guys, you are not the only ones who have fantasies. Women have them, too. Sometimes they are fantasies, and for others, it may be an erogenous zone. Acting out those fantasies and trigger zones can be exhilarating, keeping the sex life dynamic healthy for both.

5
Allow her to orgasm first

First it shows selflessness: you are concerned about her wellbeing first. In return, she’ll be more likely to bring you sexual pleasure. She may be more likely to experiment or act out a fantasy as well, providing further sexual gratification. Additionally, it’s arousing for you, too. If you orgasm first, she may not orgasm. So be a gentleman and let her orgasm first.

6
Turn up the romance

This starts by being romantic and making her feel loved and cared for. Have a candlelight dinner, give her a massage, or send flowers to her at work. If you make her feel special and then turn her brain on, her sexual pleasure will increase. Sexual pleasure with women begins with the mind. Turn her on there and the rest will follow.

7
Tease her

Girls know how to turn a guy on. Men are like switches and women like dials. They are not the only ones who can tease. Kissing up (or down) the body can be a real turn on. Also kissing around an erogenous zone without actually touching will drive ladies crazy with sex pleasure. Just don’t go too fast or too slow, timing is crucial with this one.

8
The brain is a turn on

This goes along with teasing. If she is turned on mentally, physically she will follow. Start with the brain, and turn her on via her fantasies, anticipation, teasing, etc., and her physical arousal (and later sex pleasure) will follow.

6Things You Just Shouldn't Do During Sex.

1. Criticise
Nothing can deflate the moment like a sexual put-down. If he's doing something you don't like, try saying, "I'd love it if you..." instead.

2. Talk about your work, ex, or mother in bed
Sounds obvious, but it's so easy to start downloading the minute you get into bed. Sex is escapism, so pillow talk should avoid the mundane or touchy.

3. Fake orgasm
You'll have to keep up the ruse and he'll never learn what works for you.

4. Be wishy-washy
When your partner whispers, "How do you want it?" don't say, "I don't mind, whatever." Know what you do and don't want.

5. Try to keep up with the Joneses
It's great to get tips from your friends, but don't let it make you feel bad about your sex life.

6. Get 'Ready' for sex
Sure, it's nice to clean your teeth and shower before sex but sometimes - just go with the flow - hairy legs and all!

Tired Of Same Sex Positions every Night? Here Are 11 Sex Positions To Try Out Tonight.

Sometimes when we are with our partner getting all geared up for sex, its like we know the end from the beginning, like we could predict every next move, same routine, same styles. I'd say that's boring.

Here are some new styles to try tonight, make tonight feel new and different.

1. On his lap—facing each other

He sits on the edge of the bed or chair while you, facing him, climb on top. "Seated positions are great for G-spot and clitoral contact," says Herbenick." Use your legs and pelvis to grind more than thrust so you can get clitoral stimulation as well."

Benefit: Face-to-face sex allows for eye contact and whispering to each other, which is important for women, notes Herbenick. (Feel closer than ever with these

2.Supported doggy style

Lie down with a pillow or two under your stomach so he can enter you from behind. With the added support, your lower back won't hurt.

benefit: He'll feel bigger (good for him), and the fit will be tighter (good for you).

3. Intertwined

Kneeling, he straddles your left leg while you bend your right leg next to his body. You'll both feel deep penetration, plus he can free up his hands to caress and stimulate you. Both partners will find this position relaxing, and for women, more relaxation means better, easier orgasms.

benefit: Men get tired during sex, especially in missionary position, says Herbenick. "Sometimes endurance issues are for cardiovascular reasons and sometimes men can't last because they can't support themselves on their forearms and hands. In this position, he can relax and last longer."

4.Standing rear entry

This position allows for deep penetration up to the cervix, says Herbenick.

benefit: You don't need a bed—or a bedroom.

5. On his lap Facing Away.

He sits on the edge of the bed while you, with your back to him, lower yourself down. You'll get more leverage if your feet can touch the floor. "You'll both have free hands to stimulate each other," says Herbenick. "This position feels fun and young and sexy."

benefit: He's perfectly positioned to hit your G-spot and reach around to help you orgasm.

6.Missionary—45 degrees

Starting in the missionary position, he turns his body at a 45-degree angle. "The vagina is not nerve rich," says Herbenick. "Its purpose is to birth a baby, so you don't really want too many nerves there." But you may experience more clitoral stimulation and sensation on the side of the vaginal walls, which can feel good to some women, she says.

benefit: Try this position without penetration if you have pain or dryness issues—he will enjoy the friction of being between your legs. (You don't have to just put up with dryness.)

7.Hip flex-er

Start out supporting yourselves on your arms, then take turns: When one person leans back, the other does more work.

benefit: With this setup, women can get the kind of stimulation they want. "Raise your hips and control the movement," says Herbenick. "Go deeper or more shallow. Feel your front, back, or side walls. Try thrusting or grinding."

8.Spooning

You'll feel relaxed and ultraconnected in this loving cocoon, though it can be a bit tricky to get into. Raise your top leg and take it slow. "When men have trouble getting or staying inside you, they think they're too small," cautions Herbenick. So take your time and help guide him.

benefit: It's great if you're pregnant or worried about morning breath.

9.Hip hugger

When you're on top, you get G-spot stimulation, plus you have more control of the rhythm and depth of penetration (deeper penetration also ups the odds of a vaginal orgasm—here are 5 more ways to get there). But in this position, with his hands guiding your hips, you can both drive the bus.

benefit: "It can be difficult for men to keep strong erections when the woman is on top," says Herbenick, "but because his legs are up, he has more leverage and can give stimulation to himself when he needs it."

10.Reverse missionary

Straddle him with his legs together. "Some women love being on top so they can feel seductive," says Debby Herbenick, PhD, a sexual health educator at the Kinsey Institute and author of Because It Feels Good.

benefit: You can rub your breasts on top of him.

11.Knees to chest

When you spread your legs out or back you shorten the vaginal distance, which can be pleasurable but not necessarily lead to climax, says Herbenick. "Some things are fun but not orgasmic," she adds. If you have tight hip flexors or hamstrings, go easy. And if dryness is an issue, try a water-based lubricant.

benefit:  "Men have trouble having orgasms as they get older," says Herbenick. He can climax more quickly in this position, which allows him to thrust powerfully.

One SexMate Is Enough...

Each time a man connects with a woman sexually and releases his life form energy within her, he leaves a part of his information (DNA) in her birth canal. If she doesn't clean herself, his energy remain inside of her. That imprint can often create illusional sexual addiction to the individual.
When some 1 decide to have multiple partners, it can sometimes send mixed emotional signals within the inside of the body's vibration system. Women must be careful of different energies or spiritual forces polluting their internal temple. You are a sacred doorway, where life is intended to pass through, respect yourself, use your gifts wisely!

Just think about it and ask yourself... Ever wonder why they call it sexual intercourse (INTER-Course)? It's an inter(nal) course that unites man and woman, mind with mind, spirit with spirit, or energy with energy. This is something that a condom can't protect you against because energy is behind the elements of all flesh.
There is no such thing as "Casual" Sex or "Friends with Benefits"... No, No, No, I Don't

Think So!!! Intimate activity intricately entwines the energies between two people. Sex creates a powerful exchange of energy between those involved. These connections, imprints and debris are left upon the mind, soul and spirit for a long time because they are not easily purged or cleansed.
‘Casual sex’ with multiple partners can intertwine the energies and spirits of a lot of people into your own aura if they are not severed and cleansed. You become joined to every person with whom your partner has slept, as well as all the partners those people had.

This type of "soul clutter" can be felt by your partner's subconscious. Even if they are not completely in tune or aware of the extra-curricular sexual activities, they still are able to sense the subtle disturbances of multiple energies and/or familiar spirits that have entered causing restlessness and inner turmoil.

The longer and more intimate the contact with another person, the more powerful the reinforcement and the interaction of the bond becomes, and all the more difficult it is for them to untangle and leave.
Soul stains, transference of odors, perceptive connections and even mutually formed habits are now left to burden the psyche long after that relationship has ended.
