Yesterday Kate Henshaw discovered that Akpororo had illegally used her name to promote his show, He potrayed her image on the banner for his show as the host of the event.
She however slammed him with a lawsuit to remove her name from the banner in the next 48hours or face the full wrath of the law, He has now come out to apologise saying he had no intent to infuriate her
He has since then removed her name and photo from any publicity material for the event.
